It is always so fulfilling, watching good people get the rewards and praise they deserve. It is also pretty fulfilling watching me crappy people get burned by their own bad decisions. To be honest, I was actually kind of surprised how this was going to end up imagine that Mika would get a job working alongside e.g. somewhere thanks to the combined funding, the two of them would wind up, owning a business or something the manager would come and looking for a job after getting numerous complaints about him only to see that the CEO and and owners would be Mika and Ichi then he immediately gets down on the ground crying and begging for a job only for each you to hit them up with his own line about how they don’t need selfish employees working for them and send them on his way either that or he gets dragged out by security!!

Tsuneo had it coming to him. I mean seriously your job as manager first and foremost is to make sure your employees are safe, productive, and satisfied. "Pay back my scholarship"? Scholarships must be different in Japan if you have to pay them back. In America, scholarships don't have to be paid back. Nor do students have to pay back grants. Loans have to be paid back. But if you're lucky, you can find a student loan that can be paid back by service. For example: Some states have teacher student loans that can be paid back by being a teacher in the state instead of paying the loan back by using cash. If you need a student loan for all 4 years of college, you teach in that state for 4 years. There are similar student loans for other professions.
