These delightful fried sweet bread treats are crafted with a blend of maida, buttermilk, and a generous dose of sugar. The result? An easy, tasty and, easy-to-make breakfast!
INGREDIENTS:
300 Grams Maida (All Purpose Flour)
120 Grams Granulated Sugar
2 Teaspoons Salt
2 1/2 Teaspoons Baking Soda
1 Cup Buttermilk
Oil to Fry

Yammy mai I used to add riped banana but now I love this because whenever I don't have no riped banana I couldn't make it so I love this one today for evening I am going to prepar this once again thank mai🙏🙏🙏 I love most of them and also made I m from Banglore

Sooo sweet. As I have learnt this recipe, usually doing if iam having curds and banana. Adding buttermilk, no banana and adding sugar after the dough is prepared are really very nice and useful tips. I will definitely try this. Thanks for this beautiful recipe.

I learnt cooking from my mil she would add banana. So I always thought buns were prepared only with overripe bananas 😊I will try bapamas method next time

Very nicely explained but will definitely taste better with bananas and jeera .Do try it . But as bapamma said , there are many variations. Lovel6 saree bapamma.

Yes. That's true. By adding banana the taste is definitely different . I too make the same way. But it does not come as fluffy as bapama made. 🤔🤔

It's the buttermilk that has acid and liquid which activates the baking soda. Baking powder only needs liquid to activate. 👍
