This is hands down the BEST Mango lassi recipe ever, and one I will keep for life! Thanks a million for sharing !😊🙏Note to everyone: His measurements are definitely on point - even the sugar. I thought it would be too sweet and initially reduced it substantially but ended up adding it as he said - the sugar amount is perfect. I did not make the amount made in this video but divided his recipe by 6 to make about 450ml of lassi. I also used almond milk instead of full cream milk as thats all I had in the fridge. Still had a beautiful thick texture and incredible authentic lassi taste.

I've learned not to use usual blender for lassi for that silky texture. Immersion blenders doesn't ariate that much so it is more forgiving. I personally use a whisk and do minimal strokes untill other additions are incorporated.
