I ate essentially this everyday for over a year. Typically with a scrambled eggs instead of egg salad, and I'd heat the onions and kippers in the pan. I lost 240 lbs with it and a coffee protein shake for breakfast. Later on, I'd add various seasonings in as well, including curry powder or Chicago steak seasoning.

The definition of a club sandwich is simply one made with 3 slices of bread (not turkey or bacon). Yes! The Big Mac IS a club sandwich. And just bourbon?
