this is exactly the kind of thing I'd throw together in the midst of midnight desperation, douse in A1 tnh sauce and absolutely devour it, then wonder why I dont feel so good. I wonder if cocktail sauce instead of just tomatoes would lend more to the shrimp cocktail taste lol

Hey, the name is pretty accurate for the shrimp right now since it is shrimping season! (We lived in Biloxi for a few months.) This sandwich sounds tasty.

I know you love chili heat, but it seems like you use it an awful lot in you plus ups. I’d love to see other ingredients be used to rescue bad/mediocre sandwiches. It’s your channel and your recipes, and since you are the one eating the sandwiches, you need to make them palatable to you, obviously. I think I’m just a bit salty because I can’t eat anything spicier than a bell pepper at the moment.

Agreed. It's why I don't like the scorpion peppers. To me, they just taste like pain and metal. Bhut, a reaper or ghost has so much tuti fruti to go with the heat
