I'd say so. I'd recommend reading Waking Up by Sam Harris, or Meditation for Fidgety Skeptics: A 10% Happier How-To Book by Dan Harris to learn more about it and its benefits. Sam Harris has a course of sorts called the Waking Up Course (only on iOS as of right now, android apparently coming soon). It's an app on your phone that has lessons on it and guided meditation by Sam himself.

You could shorten episodes to like 30-45 minutes and focus on the quality of what you are talking about. It’s seems like you guys just talk about EVERYTHING going on in your life every episode so that there’s nothing else to talk about. You could have a weekly podcast if you limit your time. I understand you like the natural flow of just letting your conversations take off and I respect that. Just trying to help keep this podcast regular because it’s one of my favorites.
