This legit actually helped me like, I just figured it out. I have everything on the spiritual plane. Its coming to the physical. How do I make it come faster? Idk. I’ve watched a few of videos like this. You all say to manifest my desired reality is to tap into the frequency or state of the me that is already in that reality. But how would that be easy for someone who’s surrounded in an entire life they don’t want. Living in poverty, barely have food to eat, toxic family, unsafe environment, no access to vitamins or medicine. People say don’t let the 3D physical circumstances affect your mind and just be the person that already has what they want but if your life is like all what I describe 24/7 and everything around you is that way how can you find the strength motivation or even happiness to even feel that frequency. People even say get up and start better habits, go try new things, go outside or eat better. How can ppl do that with no money, unhealthy food, and an unsafe environment around unsafe people? I’m not a disbeliever I’m just genuinely trying to understand and get help

You have to have a reference to an experience in that frequency. If you’ve already experienced that frequency/emotion, you can def use meditation to remember that experience and focus on that frequency/feeling the experience caused and really hold in that feeling & imagine in your mind new experiences in that frequency. Over time you’ll be able to remember & feel it regularly in day to day life without trying to hard
