Your subconscious is always paying attention but your conscious mind is unaware, UNLESS it is paying attention. So just think of how amazing the benefits would be if you were to leave it playing in the background, everywhere you went? Also, if your subconscious is always paying attention, how exponential would the benefits be if you took a mental diet from the things that you are used to?--Friends, family, television, social media, places? You would just be downloading a new program all day, no interruptions.

When I fell asleep to this last night I had a lucid dream but even tho I could control it I just laid on a girls chest as she spoke this too me but i could hear this and the girl would repeat the words to me. I realize that the girl in my dream was my subconscious taking it in as I rested. And even weirder was that I could sense my room and everything in it as I was seeing my dream like a out of body experience it was soooo crazy but I love it felt so amazing.
