Just for your information, the queen of Jhansi was one of the central figures in what the British refer to as the Indian Mutiny of 1857 and er, we beg to differ with them, calling it the First War of Independence from British colonial rule. Unfortunately, the queen and the other 'mutineers' lost and we had to endure British rule for another ninety years!

Appreciate how the scottish resonate with Rani Lakshmi bai’s fierce spirit fighting for the freedom Of her country; but no surprises Scots are also fierce patriots. Yes it’s absolutely accurate historically - of course Indian history is not taught in the western education system. The facts, events and portrayals are as it had happened. Sir Hugh Rose had stated that she is the most dangerous and the bravest of all 👸👸👸👸👸 Extremely proud to be Indian and say with pride I belong to the same mother land ❤🇮🇳
