Manila Bay Left Me Speechless 🇵🇭 (this is why)

The Manila Bay is still under rehabilitation, it used to be a trash area which is why it still has the left over odors from before rehabilitation. Still cannot swim because there are still a bit of trash left and water is still not that clean. They do measure water safety in detail and I think it has reached levels tolerable but still not completely clean. I think they are now able to catch fish and clams now

try watching vids of manilabay before rehabilitation and you will understand and realize how beautiful manila bay now compared to how it was few years back.. for me it actually feels close to a miracle that it improved so much after being a sea of trash for decades.. it will also explain why swimming is still a big no for now.. but yeah pls do watch the before and after of manila bay rehab.

Realistic review. Manila Bay definitely heading in the right direction, still work to do as the bay is so much worse before. 🇵🇭❤️Dolomite! Dynamite! Too bad the clouds covered the sun. Sunsets are usually beautiful during March and April when there is a clear sky. They dont allow vendors or food inside the beach to preserve the cleanliness of the area. Why not try the Lobster Buffet at Solaire Fresh Resto? You can go on a regular day for regular price. I think P3,300 pax inclusive of service charge. Aside from unli lobsters, its also international cuisine including lechon. After that you can check out Okada Hotel too. Nice place! 🤟👍

The "before" picture they attach on the rock is when the bay was just hit by a storm. It is still normal to see a lot of garbage trash there and the other parts of the bay after a storm. Also, the sand comes from a mined mountain slope in Cebu. So yeah, the beach itself is an environmental destruction in its own right, only for the purpose of beautification.

People going to Manila Bay are not there because of the market, activities, or anything like that. People go there to witness the transformation of this place from a bay of garbage to a beautiful, clean, and relaxing place. Swimming and other activities are not allowed because the water is not yet suitable for swimming. The government is still working to improve the water conditions in the area before they allow people to go swimming.
