Hi JP i am flying business class toronto-abu dhabi-manila with Etihad this July. The food looks disappointing especially the inasal and the plane furnishing looks dated. I flew business class with thai airways frankfurt-bangkok-manila. From frankfurt to bangkok it was A380 the plane furnishing is new and the food was good. The best airline i flew with was British Airways London-Manila. They bumped me to first class and i am not sure for what reason. Please note i cannot afford business class. I just use my aeroplan miles and thankful with it.

Another great video Chef JP, please visit local food shop/stores especially with authentic dishes! On my own opinion i think the engine noise coming from the airplane is a bit loud so we can't really hear you chef, mas maganda po siguro voice quality niyo if you can use one of those wireless microphones :) Enjoy and safe travels CHEF JP!!!
