Yea. I can understand if they informed him of the social ettiquete and go from there, but to humiliate people, that is a no go. (on the flip side, I can understand WHY the interviewer may do that since they are elite and sometimes how we dress and first impression CAN affect the interview process, but at the end of the day, it is about showing respect)

Update Story:After getting fired from Mani Road both Masa and Rikako are having a hard time finding a job at the industry after the scandal at Mani Road, even their own parents disowned them both of them are living in a separate rental apartment, Masa is doing crab 🦀 fishing at sea and Rikako are working at the C-Mani Restaurant as an cashier.

Power harassment is and will always be frowned upon in workplaces. Interviewers have no right to reject a person who wanted to work just because I didn't wear a suit. Should a person looking for jobs doesn't have a suit, they should wear something casual and clean. I wore Jeans, A shirt and a Jacket on my first interview. (I wore shoes ofcourse)

Your appearance in an interview can have an impact on how an interviewer perceives you. If you're not even willing to take the effort to look presentable for an interview are you going to put effort into your work. I'm not saying it's a requirement to wear a suit or anything. The outfit you described is probably what I would wear to an interview. If it was a high class job might switch out the jeans for some suit trousers. But never a tie. I fucking hate wearing ties

I suspect that Masa and Rikako had more up their sleeves than simply trying to sabotage Koichi; perhaps planning on taking over from Taka by whatever means they could. More than simple jealousy, really. Granted, Koichi showing up in sweats to an interview is one thing, but these two should have taken the hint that he was family to the founders...even the popular actress liked Koichi's style better--much better.

Most memorable interview was my last one. I was surrounded by the general manager, 2 HR staffs, and 4 managers from different departments. My anxiety is through the roof so I had trouble answering the questions. The general manager easily found out that I have autism(I have aspergers yes) but I just lied and said I'm normal. I finally resigned a month ago after 6 months.

The fate of Masa and Rikako : After they were fired by Koichi’s brother Taka. They had a hard time finding other jobs especially since all industries knew about their previous actions at their previous job. As such Rikako along with Masa were both disowned from their respective families when they heard how they treated Koichi. Not to mention that all of Rikako and Masa’s friends cut them off after they heard how they treated poor people like Koichi. Now both of those son of a pricks are living on the streets. Later On, Masa and Rikako tried applying for a job again but like I said before, this job rejected their application in a brutal way. Rikako and Masa later saw Koichi and they begged him to help them, but Koichi said “ No, I will not help 2 son of a pricks who not only rejected me into Mani Road but for rigging votes, that is final straw you guys can rot on the streets for the rest of your life, Bye!!!” Koichi said as he left both masa and Rikako behind but later on Rikako and Masa were captured by 19 loan sharks who sent them to a shady company and needless to say everyone beat the shit out of those 2 son of a pricks because everyone knew what kind of people they were. And lastly, both Rikako and Masa decided to get their revenge on Koichi for everything he has done. So as Koichi was working in mani road one day, he heard an explosion coming from his level of the building, the explosion had almost killed him but he and his brother taka along with some employees survived while many employees were killed in the process. The explosion even caused delays on the road and firefighters put out the fire that appeared in the building while the police questioned Taka and Koichi about what happened, but Then one of Taka’s employees brings evidence to the police and in that evidence 2 people can be seen putting explosives near mani road and when they lit the fuse the building exploded, the police ask Taka if they know these individuals and Taka and Koichi were horrified to find out that Masa and Rikako blew up their building and they did it as revenge for their downfall. As such when Koichi and Taka confirmed that Masa and Rikako were the culprits the police saw them fleeing the scene and then both Masa and Rikako were arrested for massive property destruction, terrorism, and for murdering many people. The judge seeing as both Rikako and Masa were a threat to society were given a death penalty and executed soon after That’s all folks
