I have had the most success with vendors due to being able to sort of control when the save file hits however items dropped to you can also work. I have just had more consistent results with vendors. Hope this helps!

I do not believe so, every streamer I know has used this method so unless they plan on banning 90% of the player base I doubt it.

Why be branded if you read the cheater notes they gave us they never said you would be branded for doing a glitch

@@deathsgrave7301 They also noted on the most recent patch notes that players that did the hunts/bounties glitch for legendary items will not be punished. I am glad to see they are taking the approach of fixing the problems/glitches in the game.
