@Historia Antiqua i guess u are desperately seeking GOD but u have a lot of pain by the sounds of things! But u are definitely on the right platform if you really want to heal your bleeding soul.

@Historia Antiqua depends on how you define up there. It's waiting for you, all you have to do is start looking and taking stock of yourself
@caleborillion2171

@Historia Antiqua ah but shamayim which is what heavens is in hebrew does not mean the sky. It means always out of reach and 2000 years ago the sky was always out of reach so it started being associated as heavens by the greek since they didnt have a word that meant the same thing. Try not to take everything so literal though and think more philosophical and reach a deeper meaning than something meaning literally "up there". You sound troubled no matter what your beliefs are. Please brother you shouldn't be so filled with hate. Don't worry so much about what happened 2, 3, 4, 5, or 6,000 years ago and really don't worry about what MIGHT happen tomorrow. Worry about here and now. Try and remember back to when you were a child before you cared what anyone thought about you and remember how happy you were not passing judgment on anyone and not even thinking about the judgment that someone might be passing on you. Think about how truly happy you were and try and achieve that again.

@Historia Antiqua putting only the 6,000 was out of convenience of not putting the 000 behind all the others. I don't believe in magic either and i am truly sorry i portrayed that. I firmly believe in the mind and the worlds that are created with words though and lifting your kind out of the imprisonment of those worlds. Really i am trying to get people to merge their adult mind with their child like mind to try and see the best of both worlds and put that into every day use.

Wow! Rabbi Friedman, You never cease to amaze me. I haven't been watching your video's for a super long time, not even a full year. Honestly I've never been very religious with any set religion for a novel of reasons that i won't get into at this moment because ultimately they're just personal opinion and who am i to say anything towards them right. I started watching you because I've always tried to live and look at life with common sense, logic, and fact and every time you speak you embody every bit of that. At the end of your video's you talk about community and informal discussions and come join us! Rabbi Friedman I got all pumped up and said to myself. "Ya know what, Rabbi Friedman continually amazes me, all he speaks is logic, fact, and common sense. I'm gonna see whats going on and see how to get in tonights sunday night group!" That's when a hero, a mentor, a leader disappointed and died. -------

I have no comment, except this Zipporah also saved Moses' life in Exodus 4:24-26, so with out her there would have been no exodus, because the LORD would have killed him, so her role was just as important as the Egyptian taskmasters, who Moses killed before he went into 40 years of exile so he could see the burning bush

The converts converted to Torah, the fact that it was not given to the sons of Yakob doesn't mean it did not exist. Check out BRSH'T 26:5 Avraham knew the Torah, whom he got from Shem and it goes back to the creation. The Torah existed before the Creation, otherwise, how would Havel and Kayin made offerings to Elohim?

You won't get to the deep levels of knowing Torah so long as you learn primarily from the ancestors of the Rabbis, who were exiled to Babylon precisely because they rebelled against the Prophet and the Judges. They don't have the deep Tradition having rejected it.

Yitro went by the name Heber. And Moses also goes by that name. Look it up. They share a name.

Moses actually has more than 7 names. I believe Yitro does too, but here you go. The “Heber” mentioned in 1st Chronicles 4 is referring to Moses. You’ll see the sources in the video.
