I am a Law student I was really confused about this bifurcation and scrapping of the article 370 and 35 A because it can be challenged in Supreme Court if it is done without the consent of the constituent assembly and the constituent assembly was it self dissolved after drafting J&K Constitution so that was the turmoil for me but now it is clear all thanks to you Indian National Congress ☺
