After 19 yrs Govindan kutty returns to take away his daughter. Jani now reaches a new place, where her father introduces her to his family. Govindankutty is living with his wife, kids. His wife's sister and family are also living with them. Jani informs him of her affair with abijith and wants him to meet abhijith. Govindan kutty on returning from abhijiths house informs her that abijith is now in dubai and his marriage is fixed.Jani breaks down hearing the news.Govindan kutty will trapped in some fraud by his sister in laws husband. Govindan kutty dies due to heart attack. On the other hand Ratnamma gets affected by cancer and soorya mol will commit suicide. Jani gets attacked and will be admitted in hospital. Govindan kutty's wife is unable to come and meet her as her bro in law who is a police inspector stops her. From the hospital jani meets her mothers old friend who introduces her to her mother Ashwathi's father. her grand father takes her to jani's maternal home. she is not welcomed by them. Janai countinues her studies.her grand father builds a house for her. when her grand father falls sick and is bed ridden jani is asked to leave the house by her uncle. she then lives with her mothers muracherukkan and his mother. she is approached by one of her teachers for marriage but she was not willing. Jani then contest for election when her uncle is unable to contest due to some fraud of her mothers brothers. She wins the election and becomes minister. she comes to know abhijith is in chennai and goes to meet him. they are now in a poor condition. Jani helps them financially.She resigns from her minister ship and decides to concentrate on civil service exam. she clears it and in the end leaves for training along with abhijith.
