Thank you very much sir. Information is very useful. But practically it doesn't work. Am from Karnataka was facing this problem. . Many times I complained to local police. But police never took seriously. They started giving reason of their jurisdiction . They say if you life is in danger ( attempt to murder) than they are ready to take FIR on 17- December 2017. . With great difficult with someone help I lodged FIR but the problem is not solved sir . I felt filing FIR is waste of time to energy
