You should put your feet together and you should not reveal what the garment and the veil conceals.” So the Rig Veda says that the woman should wear the veil. They should lower their gaze and should not stare. It is further mentioned in Rig Veda Book no. 10 Hymn no. 85 V. no.30 “Unlovely is the person is the husband who covers his thighs with the garment of his wife. “ So the Rig Veda says that wearing the clothes of the opposite sex is prohibited. It is further mentioned in the Mahavir Charitra Act 2 Page 71 that When Purshuram comes, Rama tells his wife Sita that “He is our elder, please lower your gaze, and put on the veil. “ Rama tells his wife Sita to put on the veil and to lower her gaze. If you read historical books, the books talking about the Coin Age, the Age of the Gupta and the post Gupta age, there are coins , on which there are pictures of the Indain woman wearing the veils and the veil are going upto their shoulders, some go upto the arms. There are many Indian woman in the villages who wear the veils, some of the woman even cover their faces. So, if you analyze, even the Hindu Scriptures say that a woman should wear the veil. That the woman should lower their gaze.

सर, स्कूल में धार्मिक चोला नही पहन रही है ये लड़कियां स्कूल में लड़कियों की जो ड्रेस है वो सब वही पहन रही है रंग भी वही है बस 1 कपड़ा है जो सर पर पहना जाता है जिसे हिजाब कहते है ये तो हुई डेली रूटीन ड्रेस की बात Ok जो video वायरल हो रही है उसमें लड़की ने जो ड्रेस पहना है उसे बुरखा बोलते है, लडकिया बुरखे के अंदर स्कूल ड्रेस पहन कर रहती है, स्कूल पहुचने के बाद क्लास में पहुचने पर ये बुरखे को चेंज कर दिया जाता है लडकिया क्लास में ड्रेस में ही होती है और मुह पर 1 कपड़ा (हिजाब) पहना हुआ होता है, हा 1 बात और अगर क्लास में लड़के है तो फिर वो लड़किया बुरखे में ही रहेंगी सर, अगर धर्म चश्म से देखे तो इस्लाम मे इस पहनावे को अनिवार्य बताया गया है इस पहनावें के लियेे लड़कियों पर कोई प्रताड़ित या दंड नही करते है है हम वो खुद जागरूक है, इनको आजादी है सामाज के हित के हिसाब से बात करे तो ये ड्रेस से लड़किया सुरक्षित है आप जब blue film में लड़कियों को उत्तेजित कपड़े या नग्न देखते होंगे तो आप को भी उत्तेजना होती होगी,कीसी रॉड छाप लुच्चा किसी राह चलती हाफ ड्रेस वाली लड़की को देख कर उत्तेजना होती होगी तो बलात्कार जैसे संगी जुर्म करता है आप भी यही चाहोंगे कि आप की बहन बेटी को कोई गंदी नजर से न देखे अपनी बहन,बेटी,बीवी ये ड्रेस से खुद को बचाती है

सर हिजाब के बारे मे हाईकोर्ट का तर्क है कि आप भावनाओं को अलग रखे हम संवैधानिक आधार पर फैसला करेंगे । लेकिन ये तर्क तब कहा था जब राम मंदिर के मामले मे सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने संविधान के ऊपर बहुसंख्यक की भावनाओं को ज्यादा अहमियत दिया था और भावनाओं के आधार पर ही फैसला दिया गया था । कर्नाटक का हिजाब मामला तो आप को दिख गया लेकिन उसी कर्नाटक मे तिरंगे की जगह भगवा झंडा फहराया गया क्या संविधान इसकी इजाजत देता है इसपे भी अगर आप दो शब्द बोले होते तो मुझे आप के व्यक्तित्व और ज्ञान पर गर्व होता, लेकन ऐसा नहीं है तो थोड़ा बहुत संदेह तो लाज़िम है आपके निष्पक्ष ज्ञान पर ।🙏

सेवा में, आदरणीय MJ sir सर मेरे 10 वी की मार्कशीट DOB गलत हो गई है मैने स्कूल में एडमिशन के समय सही DOB लिखवाया था और 9वी तक सही है लेकिन बोर्ड रजिस्ट्रेशन मे गलत हो गई , सर स्कूल वाले अपनी गलती नहीं मान रहे है और न सही करवा रहे हैं मैंने लखनऊ हाईकोर्ट मे। केस किया था लेकिन कोर्ट के ऑर्डर के बाद भी स्कूल वाले सही नहीं करवा रहे हैं ।. तो क्या हमे कंटेंप्ट ऑफ कोर्ट चाहिए ?? क्या जजमेंट हमारे पक्ष में होगा या नहीं ?? 1) 10वी की मार्कशीट में DOB - 10/11 /2004 2) और 9 वी तक - 10/11/2002 है 3)case no - writ c 110 /2022 4) स्कूल cbse से एफिलेटेड है सर 8 महीने से डिप्रेशन में हूं क्या करूं समझ नहीं आ रहा है ? कृपया अपनी राय दें आपकी बड़ी कृपा होगी . धन्यवाद
