fr tho this is why he's the goat. man has insane bone structure for his frame and correspondingly, steel cables for tendons. lighter guys often don't last this long precisely because speed is the first thing to go but for manny his genetics (and also skills and hard work ofc) allow him to retain the quickness as well as durability of someone 10 years his junior. there really aren't many 43 year olds who can do box jumps AND jump off the box and not hurt themselves let alone after 2 hours of work just before.

Im glad he's doing calisthenics again. It was part of his routine for cotto fight and i think it helped him a lot to become stronger.
