A solid warm up Joe Ps: the last adjustment is the same thing I do wrong at kickflips aswell.. I fall almost forward..have to keep my back straight neen williams got some sick heelflips.. I did them last year but I also spread my ankle coz I landed to far back on the tail and slipped..

I definitely likes your videos. Keep on doing the trick tips with Pros/Ams. Also I like the fact that you're doing your trick tip videos while you're learning the trick. I feel like it's harder for someone to explain a trick after they've already mastered it.

Heelflip are my only flip tricks. And oddly only in banks. It gets my body in the right position, that back seat position. I lean too far forward on flat. I only have fakie heel in flat.

That bit about letting the nose get into the sweet spot is true. But you don't really flick straight forward your foot kind of goes up with the nose and when the nose gets into the spot like you said, only then you flick forward

@@localjoe when I do heel flips I honestly don't even think about the flick too much as long as your foot is in the right position for me it's like half my big toe hanging off maybe two or three inches behind the front bolts and I just Ollie and the board flips
