Manors Car Park - Newcastle Brutalism

This video covers the history of Manors car park, the first modern multi-storey car park in Newcastle Upon tyne. This was built during the construction of the central motorway and the redevelopment of the Swan House Roundabout phase. This is an impressive concrete construction that is placed in between the East Coast Mainline and the Central Motorway A167M (formerly the A1) connecting to the Tyne Bridge.
