I'm consistently blown away at the lengths local developers and architects are willing to push the envelope to achieve absolute perfection. This is a good sign that despite the massive costs incurred due to sparing no expense over the duration of the project, they have confidence that the home will sell to a client whose tastes and budget align with the product. There's NOTHING to take from this masterpiece. After a million episodes comparing the Kenyan real estate scene to what South Africa offers and by extension the properties Enes tours in that price point, this house DELIVERS!!! The indoor swimming pool sold me. However, I'd also have an outdoor infinity pool running across that raised edge, because what's better than 1 swimming pool?
