Kiki (spelling?) is young and beautiful with nice, clean teeth. She's also eager for affection and play. I hope her family won't let her hair grow too long before the next grooming. Kiki looks like a great dog. Thanks, you both for the grooming.

Here is a little known fact about matted fur. The tighter the mats, the less sensation the animal has in the skin underneath. When you release the mats from the sk8n, the blood flow instantly increases to the area... cause a pickly, "pins and needles" sensation. This is why sometimes they fight you and sometimes they don't.

In the tub on the back wall put a hook on it and you can use the leash on her neck to keep her in the tub and from jumping out. Just a suggestion.
