Agree, had it in escrow in under a week with multiple offers. A great buy for the new owners!

Hello again guys again another beautiful property, this is the first property that I've loved with all that lovely wood it is styled so well that furniture is on point. The outside area off the dining room is so massive loving the horizontal rail which is carried to the inside I could go on and on but just loved it all. And I would like to say that you both looked particularly fine in this episode yep fine. As always looking forward to the next on.

We had 4 full price offers at just a week on market so others obviously agree with your sentiment. Thanks for your kind comment, we appreciate it. More incredible homes coming soon.

Good landscape~ but it's all. Materials for house are not good. it looks cheap~

Thanks for your comment. The house uses a lot of solid oak and cedar to give it a clean, natural feel. These materials are actually very expensive, much more than a lot of the synthetic materials you see in a lot of these homes, but the simplicity of it may well be the reason for why you feel like that. We have another house we're touring next week in the Bird Streets which is a bit more glitzy, which may be more to your taste so please stay tuned and let us know what you think.

HA.. good luck... dont come crying to the federal government when that house burns down in a year. Why would you build again when you literally know it will burn down? Watch, then it will be the public job to pay to clean up your mess.

Hi Adam, thanks for your comment. Your concern is definitely warranted - luckily post fire a huge amount of work has gone into reducing not only risk of future fires of this magnitude, but also the requirements put on to builders to ensure nothing like this ever happens again. Brush clearance is obviously very important as well as the banning of certain types of plants and trees (Palms for example can no longer be planted in Malibu) to reduce brush fires. The homes themselves are also built with non combustible materials and totally sealed - a huge amount of the homes that burnt down in the Wolsey fire were started from embers getting in under open eaves - all siding now has to be backed by dense glass or non combustible material.
