eh i have the kaabo wolf king gt, and the vsett10+, id totally rock my 10+ over this mantis GT for the price bracket. But yeah looks good! glad kaabo is stepping into the meavy weights, besides the reg manti ofc lol (id choose many other scoots over the regular manti also, but the king gt is just a monster)

Looks pretty great. I think lite heavy weights (60 - 80 lbs.) are where it's at. Good power off the line, solid top speeds (for cities), and still portable/easy enough to lift if you have too. Looking forward to the test.

It's finally here! Big question is, are these parts swappable with the current mantis pro? I wonder how the wiring looks and controllers fit in the non "king" models. I'd love to do a TFT display, thumb throttle, with new 30a sinewave controllers in my current mantis pro. I'd think most of the parts would be swappable, but who knows. There are very few "upgrades" we can do to our scooters and this would fit the bill perfectly for an upgrade instead of having to buy a whole new scooter. Just a thought - It would be cool if a distributor (like Voro) sold a kit with controllers + display + throttle to swap out!

Voromotors told me dual 1100 watt motors 60v 30a sinewave controllers plus this air suspension turn signals brighter lights and horn make this a pretty sweet package

Pretty sure I'm gonna get one. Had a wolf king gt pro, was to heavy to lug up 3 sets of stairs so sold it and bought mantis 10 base. Always wanted a onewheel so I bought a onewheel GT, loved it so much I sold the mantis 10. Kinda wanting another electric scooter for next summer, leaning towards this. Will also be keeping the onewheel gt

These 2nd and 3rd generation scooters all look great from Kaabo, Nanrobot, Apollo, Voromotors, Dualtron, etc. They've all improved upon the previous versions which all looked similar.

Shame the turn signals are not on the front corners of the deck also or on handlebar area somehow I think front facing turn signals seem to be getting ignored by manufacturers still yet lots of rental companies certainly in the Uk have them integrated into the handlebars and this all contributes to alleviating safety concerns in public perception. Should be standard on almost all price point scooters in my view. It’s this kind of innovation that would paint scooters in a better light. The mantis king is probably the best all round scooter out there now.

Finally kaabo give attention to his mantis and use the Sinewave controllers 30a (i have them from September 2021 in my hands) , much better stem lock, great suspensions, more beautiful, i love the thumb throttle but..... They make a basic mistake... Use small motors!!! With little bigger motors (1200-1500w) can catch 80 klm!!!

@Anthony, have you seen larger motors increase top speed even if motor controllers (output power) stay the same? Our tests on the Ghost 2022 showed that larger motors only had a slight efficiency advantage when climbing hills, but those particular motors had less top speed than the 600W of our 2021 Ghost (yes our pre-prod Ghost had super small motors apparently). -Paul

The difference between these 2 motors was huge!!! First motors with 60v 35a controllers goes 65-70 klm Second motors with 60v 35a controllers goes 85 ķlm Battery 60v 21a hi drain (lg hg2l cells) and 100a BMS Seven cells parallel for 70a Controllers are quite enough

Literally just a Vsett 10+ remake by kaabo. The display upgrade is nice and some people might really like the motor controller change, but generally speaking kaabo has struggled in the past few years to make anything really original and good, just remaking the wolfs a little faster without upgrading parts or quality, and this looks like more of the same. I would get a Vsett 10+ any day before this, unless you really just want the color scheme or something.

@@ESG-ElectricScooterGuide Well first just the color scheme is similar, although it is kaabo so the coloring is more reminiscent of the wolf king GT if anything. In terms of components they copied the vsett line folding mechanism, which had been unique to vsett (I don't blame them, I have a vsett and it's amazing). They used the same dual light setup on the front of the deck, just adding the top light. The mantis king gt is within 4 pounds of the vsetts weight, is the same size, and has the same top speed. Overall it just seems like they changed the lights and display, slapped the kaabo style fenders on it, changed the color a bit, decided they wanted a sine wave controllers, and then copied mostly everything else. Maybe it looks different in person, but it seems like they saw the overwhelmingly positive feedback on the vsett 10+ and tried to do their own.

A few questions, when do you think you'll have your spec video out with the speed and range test. I love the new screen vs the V2 as well as the new throttle, so much nicer. Any downsides you have noticed so far? I have been following this scooter since I was looking into getting the Mantis V2 on Fluid Free Ride, they were out of stock, but said to wait for the release of this scooter on their website. Then I saw Voro Motors had released it and I am so excited, but I wish I didn't have to wait almost two months! I need it now, haha.

I know the range on this scooter is rated at 56 miles, normally that is for a person that is 150 lbs going 15 mph. But I was wondering if that was in single or dual motor mode, and if you could get way more range going single motor mode. I know acceleration isn't that fast and top speed probably won't be the 43 mph, but how much further could you go in single motor mode, and what top speed could you reach? I haven't really seen you talk about this much in your videos or on your online scooter guide.

Sorry, we didn’t test it in lower performance modes. I expect that range would be significantly higher though since the City Pro is surprisingly powerful relative to its 2x 500W motor spec. (Nearly as quick as the dual 1000W motor Ghost 2022). -Paul

It's ESG certified top speed is faster than advertised! (which is rare!) More coming when the review is released. I think the odds of reliability are as good with this scooter as with any top shelf scooter you can buy. I don't feel like there is anything unproven here. The stem latch is the only part that I've never seen on another scooter, but it seems solid so far. -Paul

For price and value i should buy nami 32ah for 3000 euro instead.. i get double the value for the money.. i would say 1599 euro is more suitable for this Old mantis v3 cost 1500 euro on ali.. now the new one lets say new tft controller and shocks. That fucking not +1000 euro proce increase… just take a look like all new iphones every year has the same price they dont ask 100’s more because the updates
