Got one today at Lowes and geee guess what?NO Hardware in the box. Called customer service lol what a joke.30 min wait time. got thru and the guy wants me to email proof that I have one and I guess I spent money on it.I have the model number and Ser# guess that's not good. All I want is my hardware, Will wait two days if no hardware shows up going to return and get an Echo tiller.

Get the Echo TC210 instead have a mantis pretty much the same thing but built in a way maintenance is easier.
