About my work - I remove beaver dams when I receive an order from a state organization.
I do not choose which dam to remove. It is decided by officials at the request of nearby residents. Each dam is assessed in advance if it can and if should be dismantled.
Removing the dam is not a threat to beavers. I do not remove their houses - lodges.
Dams are removed only in places where beavers cause damage, for example by flooding nearby fields, flooding the basements of nearby houses, or when the stream on which beavers built their dam is degraded.
Even though beavers are very invasive animals, they are under strict protection in our country.
I personally like all animals, so beavers are fine too.

Best manual dam destroyer and you found quite a few javelins in this one! If Kasia’s wearing shorts, does it mean that Cold Sophia came early in your location? 🤣 Hopefully she comes here tonight and spring can finally take over… Last night, Thursday May 19, at -2 degrees, I put a beach umbrella and lowered it over the plants that I had put things around to protect from the frost. I had little work that day, so we went on a trip with the whole family. I threw sticks, Maksymilian was digging holes - because this is one of his favorite activities 😁😋 and Kasia did nothing - and this is her favorite activity 😁😂😋😁 Good thing he doesn't read it 😉 Fortunately, there are no frosts here, but when they are sown vegetables, we cover them with nonwoven fabric. It's such a white material, I don't know if you know what I'm talking about, but it protects them from frost. Take care, and see you in a few moments in the next episode 🙂❤️👋

I have a solution: Large long pipe with opening 20ft upstream of dam. Loud speaker of running water at dam site. This will tire out the beaver but the water keeps draining.
