For those wondering, that growling sound when you let off the gas is an anti-lag system. The S55B30T0, S63B44T0/U/4, N55B30T0, S58B30T0, B58B30C/O1/M1 and the BMW I8 3cyl engine all have this anti-lag system that only happens when you have the engine to Sport+ mode. On the N55B30T0 and S63B44T0/U it is most aggressive.

@@hrvatska98 My LCI doesn't turn on anti lag for Sport mode. Just Sport+ and DSC OFF

What an amazing Road my friend you are so lucky, here in Southern Ontario everything is straight as an arrow, so incredibly boring. I used to live in Southern California and they have the most amazing twisty Canyon roads you would love it there. I owned a Porsche Boxster and an Ariel Atom when I lived there, pure driving bliss. Since you're on the west coast maybe you should take a drive down the Pacific Coast Highway and hit some of those amazing twisty California Canyon roads, you would be in driving Nirvana. Enjoy.

I do not think it is possible on our cars, it is only possible on certain versions of the N55 and other B58, S63 have

The digital gauges tell me it's a comp

@@S2kTi the 2018 lci has the same gauges as the comp. Not really digital, only the bottom has a screen but gauges are analogue. This is definitely an og.

No it's an OG. Comp has M1 and m2 buttons on the steering wheel.

All those corners had to be taken at well over 100 kmh in order to show if car handles well or not, what you did is just mild cornering at relatively low speeds.

@@okokoprivica7885 I don't agree. It's not about speed. I can make the Golf R way faster than the M2. It would still be less fun. I'm comfortable driving the car a lot faster. It's just not ethical on a public street. If I drove like I had something to prove to a stranger on KZbin, I would eventually kill someone. The camera makes the road look bigger than it is. In my experience, rear wheel drive is consistently more fun. You can have more fun, driving slower. Though AWD has its moments, hence the Golf R. If you want to drive as fast as you can drive on track... Which is where RWD is faster anyway lol

@@PerfectRotation RWD faster my ass 🤣🤣. Properly set up fwd or awd car handles better than RWD non supercar, a Type R is significantly faster around corners than m2 for example... The fact that you have to worry about unintentional oversteer while driving rwd car hard is just not worth it. I want to apply throttle at any part of the corner and not think about will it slide like crazy or not...
