I wrote this answer a few days back, I had also mentioned almost the same points as you have. As an example, I had mentioned the about the late Justice Leela Seth, a member of the Justice Verma Committee formed in the aftermath of the Nirbhaya case. I wasn't satisfied with my answer then, as I had nothing much to write. About the camera issue... Sir, you can use certain optical apparatus on the webcam of your Laptop to record whatver you are writing on a paper down below. In the end, as an aspirant, it is heartening to see you despite your very busy schedule, making genuine efforts to reach out to countless aspirants and provide them the much-needed guidance. Thank you sir. I recently joined an academy’s answer writing practice and I regret it. They have been always critical. When I adhere to the word-limit they give a feed back that content is less. desirability of increase no. of women judges must be in high courts to show the empowerment of women. this would encourage the younger women who are preparing for law. this will also fulfill the gender equality in high courts. as we know we have almost 10 to 15 percent women judges in high court this shows the gender inequality in these days.

Sir, this is how I do my answer writing is it okay? I completed it in 9 mins. Supreme role of judiciary is to ensure justice by a upholding values that are enshrined in our constitution. example equality ,Liberty etc. However poor representation of women in the higher judiciary presents another picture. Desirability of greater representation in highest judiciary. 1) To address women centric issues and deal with both sensitivity and with emotional intelligence. example :a)non criminalization of marital rape. b)sabrimala case. 2) To demand more equality inclusiveness in all the sphere be it social, economic or political. example:Ensuring gender neutrality. 3) Also, able to address issues faced by prostitutes, destitutes, windows and LGBTQ+ communities. 4)As, women are considered as 'guardian of ethics' it will ensure more ethical behaviour in judiciary. 5) Also, it will show a break from patriarchal mindset that often subjugate women. example :Till now no women chief justice of India. It will ensure diversity of thoughts, views, ideas ,values along with ensuring equity as women will get boost and exposure to new ideas and circumstances that will lead to inclusiveness in the society. How to achieve? 1) value based education is important. 2) Need a change in value system by adopting new ideas and thoughts. 3) Also,need a change in parental care. example: Neutral parenting. Thus, with increasing representation of women in higher judiciary will make India a egalitarian society in real sense.
