dont like when fast food is not cooked just before serving but they still charge same as if was . if not served straight away I dont buy. Saw a lunar eclipse in 1976 , animals must be confused , birds roosted for a short while and roosters even crowed when daylight again. The italian sausages remind me of the John Prine song " Lake Marie " . " man , they were sizzling " .

Gino's pizza was the bomb back in the 80s until the OG who's son I went to high school with sold the biz. Now it's just another corporate fast food. Maybe you could do a review of some true Italian pizzerias. If you can find any.

I would definitely be more interested in the food trucks/stands. Out in the suburbs where I am we only see them a couple of times a year when they have events. A full eclipse is undoubtedly more rare, but it's just a shadow that comes and goes. That may be the only chance you ever get to sample some of that food. Every time I hear beaver tails, I think of that bit by John Pinette about doing a show in Ottawa, and skating out onto a frozen river to get a beaver tail and bowling over a whole family that was in front of him. lol!

It's quite surprizing that a food channel on KZbin that doesn't cover food trucks and stalls to be honest. I know you've been to a couple but you should cover them more! Its great exposure for them and you get to hear their story about how they got into in the business

well dont forget that he isnt always in the states, he's Canadian. and there's not as much of a buzz with food trucks up north like there is in the states. plus there's the old stigmatism that it cant be that good coming from a food truck, or that it is good and you'll pay for it later, if you catch my drift.

The solar eclipse was very fun to watch I think I was watching it from my front porch at my house and I had the special glasses and felt weird when it got dark for a few minutes lol but otherwise it was fun. Hope you and carol had a great time too.

When the 2017 eclipse happened I was only about 20 miles from the totality. What I found interesting was the shadows on the ground. The shadows were doubled.

In Michigan, we call that Beaver Tail an Elephant Ear! For the most part we get them with cinnamon sugar, but a lot of trucks do pie fillings and whipped cream or powdered sugar
