Oftentimes when coaching and queuing pushing and pulling exercises people just don’t know what the movement should feel like or what’s supposed to be engaging.
The push-pull assessment is actually a really great assessment to take a look at what’s going on especially in the shoulders.
However knowing what to do with some of the assessments and understanding the overactive and underactive muscles can be challenging for a lot of people.
