Many Worlds Theory: You're Living in a Parallel Universe | Can You Visit Your Other Lives?
So, tell me... how do you like being a movie star? I can't imagine your life. You can't walk down the street without being mobbed by adoring fans. You attend power-lunches with your agent. You pose for pictures on the red carpet on your way to collect your third Academy Award. Your life sounds fun.
Wait, what? You're not a movie star? That's not your life? Well, maybe not in this universe, but there is a universe out there where your life is exactly as I described.
The "Many Worlds" or "Multiple Universes" theory says that anything that can possibly happen does happen. It just happens in a different reality that exists parallel to our own.
There's a reality out there somewhere where you're a best-selling author. There's one where you're a Nobel Prize winning scientist who cured cancer.
There's even a reality out there, where you're an evil dictator plotting to take over the world. And you enforce your will with an army of AI robots that you invented when you were a grad student at Stanford.
Yes, some of these alternate realities are more far-fetched than others. But they are all out there.
Scientists know how these realities are formed and people are working on technology to detect them.
But even if we could detect alternate universes, there's no way to visit them.
Or is there?

The topic got me to click, the delivery got me to stay and the ending got me emotional. I am a firm believer of the multiverse and the role deja vu might have in it. I have often felt a real life event has happened days, months or even years ago in a dream and have an uncanny feeling that it has happened before. Hopefully in my lifetime the multiverse theory will be proven

It's so nice to finally hear someone, even as briefly as it was here, mention that there are universes where you don't exist. Most media that touches on the subject just mentions that each universe contains a variant of yourself. But in reality, with the number of ancestors that existed before you, the odds of you existing are miniscule. Because of ancestors dying early, or never procreating for whatever reason, you (or I) would exist in less than a fraction of a fraction of one percent of unlimited parallel universes. In this sense, you really are a miracle.

You don’t have to be a scientist or a wizard to recognize, that this show will go mega places, hitting 20 million views each episode. Not in a parallel universe but in this very time and space. And to witness that will be a big pleasure to me. ❤️
@MoonwalkerWorshiper
@MoonwalkerWorshiper Жыл бұрын
@@tomfedderer130 You wouldn't have the drive to fanboy on your own initiative. And I don't fanboy, I create. Let me get this straight. The idea here is that some random person who is not subscribed to Why Files, stumbles upon an intriguing video like this, and then look at the comment section. When they find a post like yours pointing out that this channel will hit more views, they think "yes I need to contribute to that" and hit the subscribe button. If they didn't read your post, the video alone would not convince them to subscribe. So you partake in some sort of "hype engine" in the comment section because you get turned on with the gratification of watching the same content as everyone else, no matter what the content is. This means you gaslight the content of the channel. Instead of showing appreciation for the subject of "parallell universes" you want to market the channel from this place in case some unassuming person went here. It's like a grift, then. That's what brings you pleasure. Not the intellectual stimulus, but the grift of "popularity". If I was wrong you'd correct me already but you don't.

The Queen thing isn’t a Mandela effect. He does say the phrase halfway through the song and in the extremely famous Live Aid version he ends the song with “of the world” which is what most people are thinking of. It just doesn’t end like that in the studio version but it was never a Mandela effect, just people listening to different versions that actually do exist.

I've always said that when you dream, some are extremely lucid. I believe you're tapping into another universe and when you leave (wake up), you've actually made changes forever. You sometimes have the same dreams, sometimes you have different ones. This, I think, is the way to travel from one universe to another, at least for a couple of minutes/hours (depending on how you measure time).

The problem with many people's "Fringe", "Mirror Mirror" imagined many worlds is it is an egocentric concept. If you made different choices in school, marriage, taking a plane that crashed, losing your keys for 5 minutes and missing the great pileup....these are desires of ego tied to the old Jewish Sadusee laws of the world only being individual free will. If that is the case then billions and billions of new worlds exist because you didn't take that bus...and billions of other people didn't take that bus...all steming from your PERSONAL INDIVIDUAL creation act of choice. That is pretty much comic book stuff. Having many temporal realities created at multiple big bangs or from the same big bang,is not the same thing. That would mean there are "other" spaces that would have no reference in ours. That nice girl you dated in HS and might have married instead of Mrs Salty wouldn't exist in any other temporal space because the Earth, Sol and the Milky Way don't exist in any other temporal space.

@STho205 Multiverse does take a bit of egotistical observation and it's always viewed rose tinted. Multiverse feeds the same part of the brain religion does: help those who feel alone and make life choices in a mental perspective where it makes sense to them.

Heres a logic proof to prove it. One of the 3 has to be the true answer to What should exist? (given nothing) 1. Nothing 2. Everything 3. Something in between Well, we know its not 1, because we exist. We know its not 3, because that implies rules or a formula or a creator to choose what exists and what doesnt (implying a simulation). And we said given nothing. So it must be number 2. (if we are not in a simulation) Also, I think the Double Slit Experiment, and the Delayed Choice Quantum Erasure Experiment seem to be showing that all paths do exist.

My mom introduced me to the “time is not linear” theory by explaining it with how prayer can change the present outcome by praying for past and future events or ancestors. She was a 75 year old Ukrainian immigrant with no education. I laughed at her theory but it grew in me and led me down a rabbit hole to where I came to the exact same conclusion as this video explains. I have goosebumps.

I believe that you're weirdly connected with every infinite version of yourself, and things like Deja Vu is you "remembering" something that another version of you has already experienced. I think it's also possible that when you die, you just "wake up" as another version of you in a different universe.
@ryanshafer10
@ryanshafer10 Жыл бұрын
From the ages of about 6 to 16 I would have dreams of events that would happen exactly 6 months after I dreamt them. It is like the Déjà vu phenomenon, but it happened so often I was able to identify the events as they were happening. I could accurately predict the event as it was happening, I knew who would speak next and exactly what they would say and how others would respond etc. There are near infinite bubbles in the omniverse (this is where the beings which consider "God" exist think about a type V civilization on the Kardashev scale). This idea of "us" existing in more than one of these bubbles at the same time is highly unlikely. We are consciousness only our physical form is irrelevant. The concept of your personal identity is entirely based on the simulation created by the cortex of our brains. The human brain is just a complex simulation machine that your consciousness uses to create the universe we "exist" in. The best way I can describe the physical universe is like a column of threads wound together like a huge rope. Each thread that makes up the column is a soul that inhabits that universe. What we perceive as the physical universe is just consensus agreement of our individual simulations of our world. Each rope in the column is made of many threads that represent the relationships or "monkeyshpere" of the indivioduals within that rope. All those ropes combined makes up the column that includes all life in our bubble or universe. When we "die" we are reincarnated into a new thread of another rope. As you travel linearly in the column that is time passing. The ropes essentially coil as they are twisted and the distance between two coils is approximately 6 months in our time. When I was dreaming I was essentially seeing the next coil in the column or the future. This would support the concept that the column exists already even if we have not experienced yet. It is very likely the limitations of our perspective are making it very hard to see the truth of the universe.

@@ryanshafer10 actually the memories are everything and any information that we store in the brain, the personality is a set of psychological characteristics that dictate how a being thinks, feels and acts, the mind is the brain and the element of a being that enables them to be aware of the world/planet and their experiences, to think, and to feel; the faculty of consciousness and thought, the consciousness is the senses and the state of being awake and aware of one's surroundings, the emotions are sets of chemical and neural responses that rise when the brain suffers an environmental stimulus, feelings are responses to emotions, that is, are treated about how the beings feel in the face of such emotions, the soul is the thoughts, the body is the physical structure of a being, including flesh blood organ bone tissue cell pure matter molecule atom and particle and the physical or material part of the being and the spirit is the being and the inner being and the spiritual or immaterial part of the being, considered eternal and the true and real being and the being's spirit/the being/the spiritual or immaterial part of the being is inside the brain controlling the entire brain acting on the entire brain and through the brain controlling the being's body/the physical or material part of the being and after a long time that the spirit stay living in the mind/brain and the body, the spirit ends up getting used to the mind/brain and the body and then the spirit follows the changes that the mind/brain and the body end up having and also dying and ceasing to exist are completely different things and separate from each other when a being dies the being's spirit that is the spiritual or immaterial part of the being and the true and real being separates from the being's body and goes to the spiritual dimension/plane which is the life after death or afterlife whereas when a being is erased from existence the being's body that is the physical or material part of the being along with the being's spirit that is the spiritual or immaterial part of the being and the true and real being are completely destroyed and that's it, it's over, everything's over, there is no going back, you cease to exist go into the non-existence and that's it, so yes, the death/dying is a notion acquired in existence, therefore the non-existence and the existential erasure/being erased from existence is very but VERY different from death/ dying and the death/dying is very but VERY different from non-existence and from existential erasure/being erased from existence and the non-existence and the existential erasure/being erased from existence is much more serious and a thousand times worse than the death since the death is just a transition to the spiritual dimension/plane the separation between the body and the spirit and also just a state to go to afterlife, that is, if you die your spirit/you will only separate from your body and go to the spiritual dimension/plane which is the life after death or afterlife but the existential erasure is a completely different distinct and separate thing from death as it is the end of our existence, that is, if you are erased from existence then it's over there is no way If you are erased from existence, your spirit/you along with your body will be completely destroyed and that's it, it's over, everything is over, there is no going back, you cease to exist go into the non-existence and that's it. and the life and the existence are completely different things and separate from each other the life is a characteristic that distinguishes bodies that have biological processes such as cell signaling processes and self-sufficiency while the existence is the quality of everything that is real or exists, and it is also the basis of all other things, that is, when a being dies, the life actually ends but not the existence, the existence doesn't end when a being dies and will never end but the life does, the existence continues , but in another dimension/plane, that is, the spiritual dimension/plane that is the life after death or afterlife and the life is the body while the existence is the spirit, the spirit is neither alive nor dead but rather is existent, that is, the spirit exists but it is neither alive nor dead but rather is existent, different from the body that is alive but not the spirit, the spirit is neither alive nor dead, but is existent and will always exist and the spirit doesn't have life or death but rather existence, that is, the spirit is neither alive nor dead but rather exists and will always exist and the life is passenger, that is, it ends and will end, but the existence is not passenger, that is, it doesn't end and it will never end and the being's life is the being's body while the being's existence is the being's spirit and the life is passenger while the existence is eternal and the life time is finite, that is, it ends and will end, but the existence time is infinite, that is, it doesn't end and will never end.

The actual recording of "We Are The Champions" might not end in "of the world", but look up Feddie singing it live, and he often does end it with that. Live Aid is a great example, but I found several other live recordings and he did it there as well. I'm guess why this is why most people think it actually ends like that, because apparently Freddie did too.

I have to say I particularly loved how this episode ended. I do often think about missed opportunities and regrets and had a terrible 10 years where I became very suicidal but I just wanted to stick around and see what happened. Very slowly my life changed into something I could have never predicted and have become much happier but I sadly lost a lot of friends to suicide who thought their lives could never change. There is nothing surer than change and you can always put the seeds down for a better life in the future.

I'm going through this right now bro. Up to last night I was contemplating it. It's a daily fight between ending it and fighting to face the next day. I'm currently unemployed and in physical pain daily. Wife left me and I have a son to take care of too. He is my only strength that keeps me from doing the worst. I just hope my life can turn around for the better one day but I'm almost at the point of giving up on hope. They say God doesn't give you more than you can handle but I'm at the point where it's more than i can handle sadly. Anyways, I'm happy to see you are out of that state and I hope your life just keeps getting better bro. I hope nobody has to go through what I'm currently going through (the negative parts that is).

Regrets can be seriously debilitating. Especially those life changing ones that can no longer be resolved, they are the ones that constantly chip away at your mental health on a daily basis. The self comforting reminder of "things could be much worse" just doesn't cut it at a certain point.

You've touched on a reality that many people who have become suicidal completely miss. Sure, your life may at this very moment be nothing but pain and misery, but if there is one single constant in this life, it's change. Change can and WILL come. If you end your own life prematurely, then you'll NEVER see that change realized. As a person who was once a hopeless drug addict without a home, my life today is completely fulfilling with a beautiful family and a peace with God. I'd have never experienced this level of happiness had I taken my own life all those years ago. So when I come across people who are down and out, and contemplating ending it all, I have a simple phrase that I'll tell them. It's the same mantra I've lived by all these years: Your life can always get better, but if you end it now you'll never see just how much better it can be.

I only had something like this once in experience. I hit black ice in Wisconsin on a dangerous S curve on a highway. I remember crashing. I remember losing control of my car- I was a young and inexperienced driver. I remember going into the very deep ditch. I remember overcorrecting and loosing all control of my car. In the blink of an eye, I was safely stopped going the opposite way in the correct lane, 50 feet away. I DIDN'T DRIVE THERE to that spot. People might say I blocked it out, but I remember crashing. There was no hope of getting any control. My last memory was of no hope . There's no way I could keep the car on the highway. From what I remember it was impossible and saw going into the very deep ditch. But then BOOM! I was safely Way down that road in the proper lane. I was so shook up i just stopped in a church parking lot right there and shook and cried for about a half hour or hour and to this day I don't understand what happened.

Wow this is amazing! I had a similar experience in 2017 when I was about to crash into a car which was making a left hand right as my car was passing right in front of it! There was NO space or time for me to swerve out of the way, because there were cars to my other side (it was just a 2 lane road)… I closed my eyes, screamed at the top of my lungs and jammed onto my breaks getting ready for a collision, all happening in a split second. In my split seconds of eyes closing, screaming….I felt for a quick moment, a slight quick twitch on my steering wheel (like someone took the wheel and jerked it to one side by literally an inch, not by much) When I realized I hadn’t crashed into the vehicle, I reopened my eyes and found that I was on the other side of the vehicle a few miles away from the area…??!!!! I looked in my rear view mirror in shock…my legs started shaking, my heart racing, I couldn’t believe what had just happened. I mean there is NO WAY I could have avoided hitting that car. Even if I swerved to the side or whatever, there was cars passing by on the one side and no place for me to go on the other side, it was a ditch on that side all along the road. And if I did swerve toward that side I would’ve either hit the vehicle and then went into the ditch OR just ended up in the ditch. Either way, my car was without a scratch and driving MILES away from where I should’ve hit the other car. I still get all worked up thinking about that event… I wish I had had a dash camera on my car.

I sometimes think that every time I die I wake up in another reality. I must’ve died a few times in the last 4 years because there are so many slight changes around me. The newest one I discovered is as follows: behind our house we have a nice path through the forest we walk at least once a weak with our dog. There are two ruins. The first one is a bigger one from late medieval times where I went metal detecting a few times before. The second ruin is a small brick basement of a tiny old house just 3-4 meters away from the path. Its gone now. Both. I still have the stuff I found with the metal detector there. And yes, we are the champions ended with „of the wooooooorld“!

The bit about us remembering alternate realities via dreams really hit home for me. I had a dream a few years back that stuck with me through time due to how incredibly vivid it was. I was standing in the common room of a communal bomb shelter with my family, other civilians, and some local officials. There was a large screen mounted to the wall that was receiving a live feed from a stationary camera which appeared to be mounted atop a tower outside of the facility. I had no indication that this wasn't reality, and knew that we were expecting a nearby city to be hit by some kind of super-weapon. As I looked at the live feed, a bright red flash appeared off in the distance and began to spread out like a shock-wave that engulfed everything it touched. I had a huge spike of adrenaline and experienced panicked thoughts about how I was actually about to die, but quickly began to calm down as I realized that there was absolutely nothing I could do. Within seconds, the shelter exploded with a bright red flame, and then everything was dark. I knew that I had just died, but my consciousness wasn't interrupted at all. For a moment, I thought that I was in the afterlife, but then I opened my eyes and slowly began to realize that I was waking up in my bed. The entire thing was unlike anything I've ever experienced before. The dream was way too real, and the transition from dreaming to being awake was seamless.

Most of them are dead now, but even with those circumstances, I'd do it all over again exactly the same. A few nights ago I had the most vivid dream of my life. In the dream I “woke up” in the same place I had fallen asleep in real life, just everything was a little different. It was as if I wasn’t dreaming but I was in an alternate reality. Buildings looked different, people dressed differently and I was very confused. I found a group that took me in and tried to help me get back to my reality. They told me I should go visit my family. In the dream my father was still alive, playing with my daughter, but my aunt had passed away. The trees were in the same location but were different kinds of trees. The sky was a bright orange and purple as of a sunset but it was midday. The dream ended when my brother told me to lay down and get some sleep, that everything would go back to normal when I woke up….and then I woke up 🤔 💭

I've had one very trippy dream too and then it bled to my actual reality. In the dream I was eating something in my bedroom and then I heard my father call me downstairs. There is a little door right above the staircase to keep cats from going to the upper floors. It was locked, I opened up and saw one of our kittens sitting right there, but then idk out of reflex or smth I kicked it, and then I woke up shortly after due to shock. Then, when I woke up, (it was a short daytime nap), my sister brought me something to eat in the same steel plate I saw in my dream. I ate it. My dad called. I went to the door. Opened it. Saw the kitten, and that dream from a few minutes ago flashed before my eyes. I made the sudden decision to not kick the poor little kitten. And she ran away lol. Still freaks me out everytime I think of it.

The "We are the champions" mandela effect is the easiest of all of them to explain. "Of the world" happens in the song, just not at the end. It's at the end of the first chorus. It sounds like an ending, but the piano music quietly comes back in, leading to the second verse. Many movies and Tv shows that used the song in their soundtrack ended with the end of that chorus, hence "of the world" feeling like the ending of the song.

An order later, i opened my back door and.. saw his order. I was so confused why it was there. I remembered everything about going there and taking the picture. Appearantly i hallucinated the whole delivery. I was there, but must of never left the car. What was i doing then?? Staring blankly at the windshield? I like the idea that we are living parallel lives, where our past lives and future lives are happening in parallel (at the same time) as our current one, because even though it feels linear, time is just a construct. So our past can affect our future, but our future can also simultaneously affect our past. It’s a fun thought at the very least.

I have had same kind of feeling since I was about eleven years old, things 'change' about every 8~10 years. Usually it's a news broadcast I 'saw' 3 to 6 months before something actually happened, not serious or earth shattering, just strange. (Charlie Chaplin body being stolen and ransomed or similar) I think the weirdest thing was a 'speaker glitch' I had about 10 minutes before mobile rang (this was in 1996) I remember it vividly even today A woman's voice I did not recognise in the rear of van I was driving to Merthyr Tidfil in South Wales. It was like someone speaking over my shoulder but I was on my own so thought it was radio, except there wasn't a speaker in back of van. 'In a few minutes your going to get a call telling you your mother is dead, she had a heart attack but everything is okay and she doesn't want you to worry'. Sure enough, about 10 minutes later Deena, (dispatcher) calls and asks, 'Are you sitting down' Me, 'Of course I am, can't drive standing up' Deena, 'can you pull over I have something important to tell you' Me, 'I know, heard it few minutes ago' Deena, 'heard what' Me, 'my mother' There was more but it was so strange I've never mentioned it to anyone or anywhere until now.
