Mao is a great addition to the story gives more on how Geass can work on other people and a creative way to use geass but still have its flaws.

I love this episode, the ending of it just felt so satisfying. The setup of these tense episodes is always so well done, and the payoff is always so worth it! Also the music in that final scene was so beautiful! I’m glad you guys mentioned it, I’ve always felt the music in this show doesn’t get enough credit
