for some that may not know HRE was not entirely a nation rather a alliance composed of duchies kingdoms city states and more usually the more prominent were electors or higher power in this alliance for example Charles IV of Bohemia was crowned Holy Roman Emperor thus he could lead the entire HRE.(Electors could elect the next Emperor)

Also, you could consider Bohemian lands a part of austria, because the official King was Ladislau Postomous von Habsburg, who was in a regency in Austria, Hungary and Bohemia bur was assasinated a few years later by the Bohemian regent.

Being responsible to dissolve HRE will forever remain one of the greatest achievements of Napoleon, to dissolve a 1000+ year old entity by practically bullying them into it. Amazing how the 3 great European Conquerors, Alexander, Caesar and Napoleon all famously brought an end to a great entity. Achaemenid Empire, Roman Republic and HRE respectively.
