Reevo definitely edged out a win in that scrap with Rempe. I feel for the kid though, trying to make a name for himself and risking his health in doing so. Olivier beat the snot out of him, and then he fights Reevo out of all people. If the Rangers cared about his health, they’d keep him out of the line up and heal up.
@jimlangdon19477 ай бұрын
Rangers fans disagree. Reaves took 17 jabs before Reaves got 3 punches at the end. NYR players and fans enjoyed the (even) fight momentum - with the goal and chance to win in OT. Did you see the kid celebrate in the box when NYR scored. The kid definitely won the big hit & if that is a clear win for Reaves then that is kinda funny - to claim one.😀
@hockey_highlights_and_more7 ай бұрын
@@jimlangdon1947jersey jabs don’t do damage that’s a pretty garbage argument, he’s only doing it to disrupt his vision not for damage 🤦♂️ he landed one shot which was a good one the first punch and reeves dodged almost all the rest of them, he’s slow and his punches are telegraphed, reeves dropped a bunch of bombs at the mid and end of the fight, rempe asked for the fight to end and skated away wiping blood while reeves was nodding cause he clearly won the fight
@jimlangdon19477 ай бұрын
@@hockey_highlights_and_more The NYR fans gave him a standing ovation for his fight & inspiring NYR to score when the Leaf players looked down after Reaves took the 17 jabs to his nose. Reaves wasn’t brave enough to fight any Bruins the next game & the Leaf Core 4 disappeared (as Gretzky say they do in important games) likely related - as the Reaves fight didn’t provide a clear momentum victory for Leafs against the kid. It backfired with the late NYR goal. Just keep pretending Reaves won - it is too funny.😀😂😂😂 I am not a NYR or Leaf fan. Just providing honest non Toronto views. Did you support Morgan’s stick attack to the head from behind the guy’s back in Ottawa too? Now that was hilarious after the Leafs lost the Battle of Ontario this year - interestingly. Why complain about any slap shot goal? And Players noses get broken with jabs to the face. Why pretend they don’t count? Any player that wins a fight - doesn’t take 17 jabs to his face doing it.

Same, I’m glad to see him back and I was glad to see Reevo make him answer for the dirty charging hit to the head. Regardless, i fee for Rempe though, he’s still hurting from getting beat up by Olivier. It’s a dirty game they play, and if Rempe doesn’t do it, there is somebody next in line to take his spot. If the Rangers cared about Rempe’s health by the slightest, they’d sit him out and let him recover.

Yeah, we know he can fight and is on the team as an enforcer, but ask Reavo more about how his overall game has improved. Definitely faster, getting to open pucks quicker, cycling along the boards better, he's getting pucks out of D-zone better, and doing the little things to get the puck deep into the O-zone. Even chipped in a goal.

The fact that rempe doesnt even get a talking to after a 4 stride hit to the head that concussed a player...after handing down such an insane suspension for a cross check that only made contact with the head inadvertently and left nobody injured shows there's a bias and the logo on the front of the jersey is a factor. You would have to be an idiot to bet real money on a league like this. I hope the ROI on those gambling ads is abyssmal.

Based on observations, it has been noted that these two players tend to exhibit violent behavior during games. This aggressive conduct poses a significant threat to the safety of other players and referees on the ice. It is important to address this issue immediately to prevent any harm or injuries to other players. The NHL needs to take action against players who intentionally harm or endanger others on the ice. The NHL should hold such players accountable for their actions.
