how do you cycle between your regular attacking skills and possession skills?

@@cavin5226 for me I just try to use falling dust and poison needle (if there are at least 2 stacks of death blessing on the boss) as much as possible. Since Kain’s dmg mostly comes from his burst, I dont really try to min max his off burst dmg. But, if u wanna min-max his off burst dmg, I would assume the proper way is to try and keep all his skills on cooldown ( regular attacks when u have insufficient charge). Imo theres no need to do that as I did a dmg test awhile back and realised that Kain’s off burst dmg is really low compared to his burst. On top of that, bosses usually will move around alot, making it lower than on paper as u need to chase, dodge, and hit at the same time. Just make sure u land a good bind and burst everything should be fine.

@@cavin5226 to me its not all that important to maximise off burst dmg. Cuz Grandis bosses (less serene), its a burst and run gameplay. Eg. Carling and Kalos(MSEA spelling). So…. Off burst is not that important imo

@hongyuanlim2860 that makes sense. This is just gonna be a bossing mule that I prob would Wana take to ctene and Maybe lib. Just Wana try something different and kain looked really cool. I'm used to playing simple classes like hero and ds lol

Only execution skills are affected by cd reduction. Therefore, Kain’s build should not revolve around cd reduction. This is because execution skills’ dmg is not significant enough to justify building cd reduction. For hat, the best option is to go with dex% 👍
