I'm brand new and thinking about what classes to make now for link skills and what to save as a hyper burn in November. I really like the aesthetic for Kanna so I was debating saving it as a Hyper burn because I could see myself using it later. So you think she will still be a low priority, I've heard she was buffed

this burst vs dpm bs all started with 5th job, a major patch all about big cooldowns, then it is 6th job origin skill, you can understand as a dev you will want to make a big splashy content the posterchild of your patch, but origin having so much prio over common core/mastery core just push the burst meta even further then, that one single class, bishop, what is even that final damage skill, because bishop is in the game, every new boss have to be balanced around bishop's damage buff, and everyone has to sweat with a bishop to progress the game, everything not going as well with bishop is automatically a second class citizen

this bind then burst vs continuous damage bs is really hurting the game, if you play a constant damaging type of class you are by default guaranteed yourself a big f you stamp over your forehead, this is never a good thing for the game that is supposed to be diverse and rich with content
