The closest Mappy cartoon we ever got is the ShiftyLook Mappy series, which you can find the episodes on KZbin. It's a really cool animated series. ShiftyLook also made a Bravoman animated series(Bravoman is another Namco IP) and there's some Mappy references in that cartoon as well.
