Yes I saw videos on KZbin of this romantic comedy series. It was ok, kinda cheesy. Her character is more like a caricature, like 2-dimensional. I would love her do a dramatic film in the future. If u look at her Love The Way U Lie video, you will see there that she can be a real actress. Just a few seconds of her facial expressions here & there (when not rapping), that there is the face of an actress. Her eyes are very expressive. She's a natural. She did say in an interview b4, when she gets a bit older, she wants to try acting again, but for now she wants to focus on her singing while she is young & her voice is still intact.

What's amazing about Gigi is that she's not just a singer but an actress. True what u said, this is like a movie, mini-movie, short film. Don't know where she gets these ideas, very unique. Chk out ALL I ASK by Adele, u will be blown away. And in LOVE THE WAY YOU LIE, look at her facial expressions. She can def be a dramatic actress.

I was dumbfounded when I first heard her cover of this song. As with all her covers, she totally reinvents. Kudos not only to the band but also the ProducerArranger of the song. Not sure if you already did “Better Days” - another stellar performance. Hip-hop, try “Love the Way You Lie” (Eminem/Rihanna) or “Bang Bang” ( Jessie J ). Pop rock - “Decode”, “All Time Rock Medley”. I think the drummer made a mistake in the intro making it way too fast, you can hear her say whisper "ambilis" at the beginning. It means so fast. And the way she acts bobbing her head is trying to signal the drummer to slow down. But thats just a theory, my theory😂😂😂
