Guys, u got Giginitis! There is no known cure at this time 😅. To answer ur questions, yes these are part of livestreams they used to do 2-3 yrs ago which ran for 2-3 hours, 3x a week. They take song requests. This was not exactly in a studio, this was in a garage. They were broke & depressed during the pandemic so they started to do livestreams. Little did they know that 3 yrs later they were gonna have 2 million subs & be on a US concert tour. Next u can do FLY ME TO THE MOON, BETTER DAYS, ALL I ASK (Adele), & then later u can move to their newer ones (theyve changed & evolved) such as UNHOLY, ANGEL BABY, ALWAYS REMEMBER US THIS WAY, HOUSE OF THE RISING SUN, LOVE THE WAY YOU LIE, & so much more!

it was like a blessing in disguise for them all. having that chance where they literally all lived together for quite some time and played music together practically every day translated to becoming family and honing all their skills to levels most don't get to achieve.

@@kitchied yes the boys decided to just live with Gigi bc the lockdowns in the Philippines at that time was quite severe, as in people were not allowed to go out. Plus it was expensive & time consuming to be travelling back & forth. So the 4 boys, their Director Erwin, & 1 or 2 crew guys all lived with Gigi & her sick mom. They slept on the floor of her living room. Full house bc Gigi has many cats & dogs! That's dedication right there. I'm so glad all the hard work paid off.

For historical perspective, Gigi de Lana is a Filipina singer/actress. She started her KZbin channel right around the start of the Covid pandemic when there was a strict quarantine requirements in the Philippines.To support herself and her mother as well as her band members, she invited them to stay at her small apartment . In her small garage, they set up a studio where they started to cover songs that they all loved and broadcasted it on KZbin where they became viral! That is where it all started. In the past, they started a tour in the US and Canada where there is a large Filipino diaspora. There are also a lot of foreigners in the audience bc Gigi and her band also have garnered a wide audience.

Would you believe that this is not a studio but a one-car garage? I think this is from the COVID days when they had to do these live streams to be with their fans and generate revenue. They’ve since moved to a bigger studio. This is one of her great performances. Try her cover of Sam Smith’s "Unholy” for contrast. "Better Days" is also a great cover from earlier streaming days. Then move on to her other covers. A lot of great performances and creative interpretations. I look forward to more of your reactions for Gigi’s covers!

Yes it's amazing that all these gems came out of a garage. They were so broke then that it took them forever to come up with money to buy a router. A friend offered to pay for their internet so they could do livestreams bc they could not afford it. Now they have a studio, 2 million subs, touring the US & Canada, & working on their next album!
