Hey Chris ! Love the way you explain and cover everything. Just wondering if i could include a point in the answer saying due to the development and better road connectivity the area experienced increase in the population over the years. Therefore we can see an addition in facilities like cultural centre, gym, school and increased number of houses.

Planning is important. It doesn't matter what you start with, as long as you don't go over time.

I have never seen a map graph in the writing task 1 during my preparation period. Are they very common? I was shocked when i saw it to be honest lol

Before watching this video I wrote my answer The two maps show the layout of the Destin island in 1986 and at present. It's visible that there is a new infrastructure for housing and reconstruction has been done at the cost of destroying the Forest are A and demolishing shops. We can observe that Forest area A at the upper left corner of the map has been converted into houses and school. And the shop at the lower left corner has been replaced into Cinema, Cultural Centre, Bus Station, Shopping mall and Fitness Centre. it can be seen the increase number of houses and restaurants at the lower right corner and the Forest are B at the upper right of the map did not go though any changes. Band 6 ??? Thank you.

Hi Chris, hope you are well. With all my dew respect, as soon as it's to hard and almost impossible even to native speakers, then why it is embedded in IELTS exam. It's not fair, and I am looking forward for the moment when SB will take this very controversial exam to the court. I can imagine that in case sth is so hard to native speakers, it could be required from learners.
