Here is my two cents on the Assyrian / Chaldean debacle of the last 457 Year and 3 months: I will call my Vatican brainwashed (meant as very respectful truth) brothers and sisters Chaldean as long as they call themselves Chaldean, but I’ll never stop loving them as Assyrians! @assyrio before about 300 years Assyrians didn't EVER call themselves Assyrians. They said Suraye because the Greek called us a name very close to that. Before 500 years it was the same with Chaldeans. After Rome called it's followers Chaldeans, Protestant churches renamed you Assyrians.
