Wonderful initiative. One question : what do they do to the coconut water when they break such a large number of coconuts?

Most of the time, there won't be any water or very little as the coconut was left to be dried, even if there is water It goes waste, we were not able to capture that, but will add as a short sometime

@@CoimbatoreFoodGuide Thanks a lot for the quick reply. Yes that water is very nourishing. There must be a way to salvage that water when coconuts are cracked open, just filter it tp remove husk particles and then serve fresh. If i am not mistaken, the problem is that like neera from the palm tree, it has a short shelf-life in natural state.
