Thanks for the video! I learn a little more each time I see one of these serviced. They seem to be harder in "some" areas than my favorite Pioneer units to service. The modular outputs are a breeze to work on, though. I love the sound, but I'm not sure that the Marantz tax (that meaning they are much more expensive than other brands) is worth it, for what you get. I mainly hang with Pioneer and Sansui. I do have one particular Realistic STA-2020 that I am partial to.

I've more or less settled on McIntosh, but I still have a few Sansui's, Pioneers, and a Marantz that I rotate through. I'll part ways with them someday :)

Good job. Love these old Marantz. Apart from sounding good they are a pleasure to work on.

This one gave me fits...I like Marantz 22XXs and agree that they are easy to work on.
