I want to say the biggest thank you you can imagine! Yesterday I bought a used x4400h, owner said it doesn't work, I thought I might give it a try. It turned on perfectly, everything clicked, but no output whatsoever. No video signal, no audio output, no input detection, nothing. Tried a whole lot of things, but nothing seemed to work. Until I came across your video and you demonstrated the hdmi diagnostic, which I wasn't aware of. Turns out I had to limit the hdcp and now it magically works just fine. Thank you again!!! ❤

Are there any other self test button combinations? Where did you find out about this one?

Hello everyone. My Denon AVR-X3600 has the same motherboard. Fortunately, all HDMI ports work properly. 🙂 However, I have a problem with the 12V trigger out output. It stopped working and the power amplifier does not start when Denoan is turned on. Do you have any advice on what could have happened when I don't have 12 volts at the trigger out terminal? What can I check, maybe a fuse?" If so, which one? Request for any advice on this topic.

Hi ! I purchased a new Kef R11 meta. Is a 4ohm speaker with a sensitivity of 90db . I'm having a moderate thump soundo on start up and heavy base music. My volume is very low at 20db when I started the system. . My amplifier is Monolith x3 which is 200 watts at 8ohm and 300 watts in 4ohms. I'm just starting to break in the speaker today and just played 1 song and after few seconds the left front speaker thump. I turned off the system right away because I expirienced this before n my older speaker and I'm worried it might damage it. I'm wondering i's the AV7005 causing the problem or my AmplifierI I also tried it with my other amplifier but there no sound came out. Please help. Thank you in advance.

I found Marantz representatives in the UK and asked if they can sell me this part and they said yes. Just warned me that it cannot be returned.

So, hot swapping hdmi is no bueno? I've got a big flagship Onkyo 5509 w/dead hdmi connectivity.
@boredtech Жыл бұрын
That's what the manual says. This kind of HDMI failure became very common.

@@boredtech After being fixed, is the new board equally as susceptible to the hot swap issue? Or, can the fix be a more robust spec? Thank you ...

What's the deal with HDMI failures anyway? My Samsung tv is starting to have HDMI issues after a few years and it's maybe the newest piece in my system. It's a piece of junk otherwise as well, no more Samsung for me.

HDMI connectors are more sensitive than people think. And yes, I also don't like Samsung.
