Congratulations on your marathon! I just completed the Marine Corps Marathon, my first (running) marathon. Looks like you had much better weather than we had. Solid run time for you, way to go!

Great video! Are you planning on doing 2021? :) Congrats on under 4 hrs! Which corral were you in? In discovering an older definition of corral placement 4 hrs looks like a pivot point between corral A and B. Seems ideal if targeting sub 4, being at the back end of corral A would be perfect if they have good definition. 3:45 pacers are in corral A. Based on a recent half at just under 1:50 and translating it to a full, am targeting ~ 3:50'ish (too). Would love to see a follow up in '21 on this review if u run it again. Good stuff and again, congrats!

Excellent work on doing that marathon in just under four hours I seriously doubt that I could even run 1 mile Put my ass on a bike however I can go for hours upon more hours without even thinking about But not for racing
