Thank you for creating such a soft and intentional corner of the internet for those of us who prefer depictions of life without the faux-theatrics 😆 Inspiring content and a reminder to start one step at a time. Apart from my exercise routine, I lack a “well-being” AM routine that isn’t me rushing for work on time 😅 so this was entirely helpful, as sometimes THAT’S the marathon training. For video content suggestion it would be great to see how you remain creative and restorative on rest days and busy days. How do you keep your fire stoked in a world that attempts to monetize and make trends of everything?

U motivated me to take my evening walks I always say…. I need to go on walks but never do. So far 3xs this week. Sometimes a good pace with my kid in a stroller or a slower pace when he wants to walk…. But a walk is a walk

Hey! 💗 Your videos and vibe are so inspiring. I as well am someone who is trying to be active who has not been active their whole life. I would love to see meal ideas, what you eat in a day, and daily vlogs ☺️

"Finding Pieces of Joy everyday" Love it, and can you do a video on What you eat in a day, cause I struggle with that, I started running little bit here and there to build up my strength and I love how I feel so calm and relaxed inside. It's like a runners high after running, and I will continue to watch you as you are a big motivation and inspiration in my Life.

Your voice is so calming. U would love to see more videos of what you eat in a day or meal prep. I'm a walker, not a runner. I'd also like to hear more about your journey of exercising.

Love your patient and slow mindset- I find it super refreshing! As someone starting marathon training myself and sorting out my routines, it is really nice to hear your thoughts. Any videos/tips on changing your diet through a slow/patient headspace and the tricks or experiences you picked up along your journey would be helpful to see! Thank you!

thank you as always for sharing your journey! As someone who has also spent a significant amount of her life overweight I'm now trying to do better for myself only and be the person I've always wanted to be - a runner ! I'm starting out slow with the goal of being able to run a 5k by the end of summer and aim to one day run a marathon.

Hi Becca! I am loving your instagram and KZbin videos - you’re defo one of my favorite creators right now. You’re amazing at this. I am currently active duty military, and I would love to hear more about your experience in the military and transitioning out. You mentioned that you used to feel like your life was not your own when you were in. I really relate to that and am struggling with that right now, and would love more of your perspective.
