MARATHON WORKOUT WITH

Today's video answers everyones question of what is the best marathon workout? Or at least one of them. Or in Phil's case 2 of them. Today's marathon today for Phil Sesemann included a double threshold day of 5x3K in the morning and 12x1K in the evening. Totalling at a massive 27K of threshold volume in one day.

It is a good video format. I would say it isn’t a sweat elite format, although they had been doing it best for the best part of the last two years. Originally flotrack used to do this style of video.
