Marble Butter Cake｜Apron
Unsalted butter 150g / 2/3cup
Caster sugar 80g / 1/3cup
Whole egg 3(55g+- per egg)
Cake flour 140g / 1cup
Baking powder 1.5g / 1/2tsp
Fresh milk 30ml / 2Tbsp
Vanilla essence 2.5g / 1/2tsp
Cocoa powder 5g / 2tsp
Lukewarm water 10ml / 2tsp
Square mold 14x6cm
Bake at 170°C / 340°F for 30-35 minutes

Thank you for the recipe. The cake sweetness is just nice. FYI, for those who didn’t have the square pan, this recipe can be used for 6inches round pan too. I also replaced the flour with self raising flour without need to add on the baking powder anymore.

This recipe is sooooo amazing! My family tasted it and said this was one of the best cake they have tasted! Its sooo moist bc of the butter and milk. At first, I thought the batter was too little. But when it baked it rised a lot. The design was very perfect and my dad said I should make this all the time. Its not too sweet and has an AMAZING texture. Melt in your mouth. You should have no doubt of making this cake. Thank you sooooooo much Apron!!!!!!

that's not marble cake that's butter cake with lil chocolate splash inside. You have to pour the white and chocolate batter little by little so you can get marble pattern
