Thrifty, the qualitative value of your reviews is second to none. This is none of my business but I’ll say it anyway. I certainly hope that the manufacturers and web retailers of the products you review appreciate the work you do. Keep em coming!

Thanks for the compliment, Robert. I think the retailers appreciate my efforts even if they don't openly speak of it. Cheers.

Hey TK 👊 Overall, I like it, especially the Gunstock checkering and bullet shield 🛡 However, for me a good whittling knife, has a Sheepsfoot and/or Wharncliffe blades, in carbon ideally. One to remove primary stock and the second to do detail work... It is great to see RR up their game, recently with some new models 👌 Thanks for sharing, Atb Gus 👍
@ThriftyKaniffy Жыл бұрын
Yea I doubt I'd do any whittling with it. There's better knives for that, but I find spear blades particularly useful so for all round use not such a bad thing. Thanks, Gus.

I collect whittlers and might get this one. I love the scales, but I’m not fond of the Marbles logo on the main blade. I also don’t understand spey blades on a whittler - it really needs at least one wharncliffe. Thanks for the review.

The blade set is a bit weird I agree, but made this intriguing and unique. Thanks, Kelly.

I would love these if they didn’t put the big ol Marbles logo right on the blade. I have a marbles safety knife that belonged to my great grandfather back when they were still made in the USA. They’re cool knives. I have been eyeing their large Texas toothpick since Case stopped making that pattern. Thanks for the video thrifty!
